“Dining With Darling”

A unique format. An engaging host. A show unlike any other.

No other show has ever combined a classic cooking show, world-wide river cruising, and a farm-to-table culinary philosophy. “Dining with Darling” was a travelogue/cooking show offering an exceptional entertainment experience.

When Uniworld was approached by the team from “Dining with Darling” as a sponsor, the shows focus was only on California cuisine. However, I thought ‘what about combining the hottest trend in travel, river cruising, with a variety of rich culinary landscapes, bringing the world’s best-known cuisines to life.’

Together with Will Harper, an Emmy award-winning director, and talented team and crew, we set out to Northern Italy and the Po River Valley.

The Brief: Organize all the logistics for the eight-day filming of “Dining with Darling” in Italy. Collaborate with Uniworld’s European Director of Product, to secure venues and experts for the show.
